The White Palace of Marghazar was worked in 1940 by the primary lord of Swat, Miangul Abdul Wadud (Badshah Sahib) in the community of Marghazar arranged at around 13 kilometers from Saidu Sharif. The name was given to the royal residence as it was worked of white marble. The castle currently fills in as a lodging. The White Palace at Marghazar was the mid year living arrangement of the Wali of Swat, Miangul Jehanzeb. Situated at 7,000 feet above ocean level on Marghazar Hill, it was later changed over into a vacationer resort.
